Greenhouse by Joost is a temporary venue in Federation Square that aims to show us all how easy it is to live sustainably. Unfortunately, a place like this often begs more questions, like this one from Luke today:Little Creatures donated the beer for the venue. Wouldn't it be more sustainable to drink something that hasn't had to travel here all the way from Fremantle?
Nice coffee though. They have smaller jars for the espressi.
P.S. In my Googling to find whether "espressi" is actually a word, I found out that doing internetty stuff late at night can prevent you from sleeping. It can have the same effect as drinking two espressi. Well, I'm glad I don't drink two espressi just before I go to sleep. I would have to stay up to blog about them, and the blogging would only keep me up even longer.
