You are not going to win me over with stencil art. Stencils jumped the shark when Microsoft used them to launch the original Xbox. That was in early 2002.

Are people still using stencils?
It depends whether you mean "people" or "companies". But in both cases, I'd say "yes". There's a particularly annoying Mazda ad on TV at the moment. You can watch it here.
It's well done, but, y'know, 2002 called, they want their advertising back.
