it is a new one .. but maybe they just wanted to clarify as some places do the cold milk drizzled down the side of the glass with a drop of steamed milk on top and some do the plain warm with the stain.. I think the cold looks sexier, but the warm mixes with the coffee better... in my opinion.
I usually do the cold milk at home, mainly because I can't be arsed steaming milk just for a short mac. I thought the cold milk short mac was just for lazy people like me, so I was surprised to be asked. That cold-and-warm one is intriguing though..
